Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At vsocart.com, operated by Vision & Style Optical, we aim to provide a transparent and fair policy for all customers while maintaining product quality, hygiene standards, and customization requirements.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, orders may already be processed, packed, or sent for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
Orders containing prescription lenses cannot be cancelled once lens production has started, as these are custom-made products.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and protective cases.
Only non-prescription frames and sunglasses are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Prescription lenses
Customized eyewear products
Opened contact lenses

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. A return may be rejected if:

The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage
Original packaging or accessories are missing
The return request is made after the allowed return period

Refund Policy

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Refunds apply only to eligible returned items that pass inspection.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Important Notes

Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.
We strongly recommend reviewing product details and prescription information carefully before placing an order.
